Prep Instructions

Add 2/3 cup water to 1 cup mix; stir until smooth but do not over mix. Cook on a flat griddle at 350°F and flip after about 1 1/2 minutes or when golden brown. Do not pat pancake after flipping. Makes 8-9 pancakes
